Jason Fritz has been working in the Construction business since 1996 and is a licensed General Contractor and Utility Contractor in Georgia and Florida.

Jason Fritz
CEO/Chief Engineer
Jason Fritz is the Founder, CEO and Chief Engineer for Fritz Contractors. Jason is a Licensed General Contractor and Utility Contractor. Jason also serves as the CEO and Chief Engineer for HILINE Helicopters Inc, a Utility and Agriculture Based Helicopter Support Services Company based in Atlanta.
Jason’s unique experience and expertise in Utility Construction and Asset Management have helped him to build one of the country’s most effective utilities construction and support services companies. Jason is responsible for the sustainable development of nearly half a billion dollars in real estate and infrastructure projects so far in his career. Jason has overseen the completion of over 5,000 specialized infrastructure and construction projects to date and is pursuing more every day.
Jason Founded his business in 1999 with smaller ambitions than the company has grown to become. Jason’s desire to honor the quality workmanship that he was raised on has continued to be a fundamental ingredient in the business’ success. Jason lives in Ball Ground GA with his wife and 3 children.
Justin Crowe
Chief Operating Officer/Director Pre-Construction
Justin is an experienced Industry Leader in Project Management, Development, and Estimating in Civil Construction. Focusing on details within in each project, Justin will be involved from acquisition to final plat/punch work to ensure each customer is treated as our most important client.
Victor Junco
Utility Foreman/General Superintendent
Victor has been an industry leading Pipe Foreman and Civil Site Development Superintendent for more than 25 years. Victors experience spans a wide field ranging from Industrial Big Box Site Development to Downtown Atlanta High Volume/Live Pipe Rehabilitation and Restoration projects. Victors Diverse experience and complex problem solving skills make him and invaluable asset to any project.
Robbie Lunsford
Field Engineer/Utility Foreman
Robbie Lunsford is a Field Engineer at Fritz Contractors, where he ensures that certain tasks are completed according to the drawings and specifications. With 5 years of experience in the construction industry, he has become a valued member of the team. Robbie is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from Kennesaw State University, which has given him a deeper understanding of the industry and its practices. He has also gained valuable skills in project management, budgeting, and scheduling, which he applies to his work at Fritz Contractors. He is known for his attention to detail and his ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients.
